Discover the flavors of Foundry during Restaurant Week from January 26 - February 2! Stop by Monday through Thursday from 4-10 PM or Friday and Saturday from 4-7 PM, and enjoy a three-course menu showcasing our signature dishes.

Kick off with Garden Greens or classic Caesar Salad. For the main course, pick Vegan Risotto, Cherry Chipotle Salmon, or 6oz Beef Tenderloin with broccolini. End sweetly with Chocolate Bundt Cake or Irish Coffee Tiramisu.
